We are a community of individuals who love cryptocurrency, blockchain and financial technology, and seeing each other win in the space! We support each other and give each other information as soon as we get it so that we can progress together.
This isn't about anyone knowing everything or being better than anyone else. It's about seeing people who prior to our course, found the topics I teach to be so hard – experience that "aha moment" as a lightbulb seemingly appears to suddenly glow over their heads!
That is the real reward for me as a coach, because I know what it's like not to understand something. To see others surpass me, while I sat back in fear of asking a question because I didn't want to be seen as "dumb." All of this while being ashamed of not knowing what I felt like I should have been able to understand.
But then I realized that it wasn't necessarily that I was unable to understand what was being taught, and rather that the way in which the person/people was/were teaching it, wasn't a way in which I could grasp it.
I teach with that in mind. I go over things repeatedly, using different examples and analogies, applying it to my clients lives and interests, until they are confident in their ability to grasp it. Let me do the same for you!
